Bernie Sanders Wins Oregon; Kentucky Is Too Close to Call by THOMAS KAPLAN

Mr. Sanders prevailed over Hillary Clinton in the Oregon primary, but late Tuesday night in Kentucky, with votes still being counted, she led Mr. Sanders by 1,900 votes.
