Coal Miner’s Bridge by Ken Yuel Photography

View On Black if you like a larger view..

This abandoned railway bridge is a testament to days past when the railway ushered cars to the the Atlas Coal Mine located near East Coulee in the Alberta Badlands south of Drumheller.

While no longer safe and closed off to the public I was able to crawl through a hole in the fence to get this shot. And for you brave souls out there I actually walked halfway across, all the while looking at the river through the many holes in the decking. !!
